You can immediately see what is available for the dates you choose within this calendar year and the rate.  Please make your selections from the fields to the left, then click Search to view the details and photos. Please note the price will be rent only. Taxes and fees will be added before you submit your credit card. You will also view our POLICIES and DETAILED INFORMATION at that time.

If you are booking from the specials page, please note that Sunset Properties will assign the next condo that is available for that price in the rotation and it may not be the specific condo you are requesting. Sunset Properties will email a confirmation as soon as we process your credit card payment! If you do not receive a confirmation from Sunset Properties by the end of the next business day, please call us at 251-543-1370.

Please note that some larger condos and all beach houses rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Thanks and see you at the Beach!
Reservations made for 2009 are subject to approval as dates and rates are not yet available for 2009.
